CenturyPacific serves as real estate advisor to Old Stove Brewing Co. In 2015, we secured the location for Old Stove's first commercial brewery and First Avenue taproom in downtown Seattle by facilitating the purchase of an existing business while simultaneously negotiating a new lease. Capitalizing on the success of the first taproom, CenturyPacific represented Old Stove in its relocation to the Market Front building at Pike Place Market and Old Stove’s expansion locations in Seattle’s Ballard and Queen Anne neighborhoods.
