CenturyPacific China

CenturyPacific China ("CPC") is a partnership between US-based real estate advisor, CenturyPacific, LLLP (founded in 1989), and Michael Rawding, former President and CEO of Microsoft Asia, who spent several years living in Asia, including in China. CenturyPacific has completed more than $3 billion in acquisitions and dispositions and has provided over 2 million square feet of asset management. The company provides a platform for representing Chinese companies and individuals in the United States via an integrated approach with experienced property management and leasing capabilities, as well as deep relationships with active debt financing sources. CenturyPacific is experienced in foreign investment and currently acts as real estate advisor to China Central Television ("CCTV"). Mr. Rawding currently focuses on cross border activities between the US and Asia for such clients as Boeing. In addition, CPC's legal counsel, Davis Wright Tremaine, was the first US based law firm licensed to practice in Shanghai and opened an office in Shanghai 15 years ago. CPC is available to act as an asset manager, investment advisor or broker to Chinese individuals and companies interested in coming, expanding or investing into US real estate.
